Each oak sample is a 100 × 100mm tile of solid American white oak finished with the same three coats of hardwax oil we use on every commission. Steel samples are 100 × 60mm mild-steel offcuts in the matching finish — charcoal, brushed stainless, raw ERW, or a powder-coated test piece.
Samples arrive labelled, in a felt-lined envelope, with a printed care card.

£20 per sample · RAL is £100, non-refundable.
Each standard sample is £20. A pack of four standard samples is £80, a pack of eight is £160, and so on — there is no upper limit and no minimum. When you place a furniture order with us, at any price point, we deduct the full sample charge from the final invoice before VAT. No vouchers, no codes, no expiry.
The Powder Coat (RAL) sample is a separate £100, non-refundable — it covers an off-site coating job specifically for your colour and is not credited against your order, whether you proceed or not.

Samples are despatched by Royal Mail tracked 24 within three working days of order. UK only — for international sample orders please contact us and we'll quote freight separately.
