Enquiries and orders

We use the contact details, project information and order details you provide to respond to you and fulfil your requests. Order processing also requires billing and delivery information. We use this information to take steps at your request before a contract, perform our contract and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Service providers

Our hosting, email, payment and delivery providers process the information needed to provide their services. Payment details are handled through the selected payment provider; do not send card numbers in an enquiry. If a provider processes information outside the UK, applicable data-transfer safeguards are required. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address when your browser requests those files.

Cookies and saved items

The shopping basket uses cookies needed to maintain your session. Wishlist and comparison selections are stored in your browser and can be cleared there. The site does not enable advertising or analytics tracking by default. Optional tracking must be explained and consent obtained where required before it is enabled.
