Planning your order

The current website states that a VAT invoice follows an online order and that dimensions and details may be confirmed before production. Bespoke options can affect lead times. International delivery is available by quotation.

Cancellations and returns

Many pieces are made to the customer's specification. Contact us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel an order; do not return an item without speaking to the team. Please tell us promptly about any damage, fault or difference from your agreed specification. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
